  1. Click Register on the top right side of the any page on the website.
  2. Fill out New User Registration fields, including Billing and Shipping Addresses, and click Register.
  3. You will receive a registration acknowledgement via email confirming that we’ve received your information.
  4. When the registration process is complete, you will receive a registration approval message via email with a temporary password and login instructions.
Q: How do I log into the website?

  1. Click Login on the top right of any page on the website.
  2. Enter the Username and Password you created when your account was set-up.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Once you have logged into your account the Login area will change to My SAS.
Q: How do I reset my password?

  1. Hover over Login on the top right of any page of the website.
  2. Click Forgot Your Password at the bottom right of the Login Page.
  3. Enter the Username and E-mail Address you entered when your user account was created.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. A new temporary password will be sent to you via email.
Q: What if I forget my username?

  1. Contact us via Chat (found on the bottom right of the home page).

Q: How do I create a "My List"?

  1. Once logged in, click My List on the My SAS drop down menu, located at the top right of any page.
  2. Click Add to create your My List.
  3. Enter List Name and Description for your My List and click Add.
  4. Your new My List will be created with the List Name and Description you created.
Q: How do I add items to "My List"?

  1. Click Add to List for any item(s) found on any type of item search page.
  2. Enter Qty for item(s) and click Add to List.
  3. Select the My List you want item(s) added to.
  4. Click Add Items.
  5. Your items will be added to your My List.
Q: How do I search for an item?

Our site allows you to search under specific product categories or all products at once. There are three specific product categories that you can search under; Pharmaceuticals, Supplies, and Equipment. The specific product categories are listed at the top left of every page. If you want to do a search for all products, the Search All Products search box is located on the top right of every page.

**To search for all items containing a certain name or number, enter the full or partial name, description, item number, or NDC number in the appropriate search field box, press ESC to remove yourself from the highlighted item in the drop down list, and then click Search. This will result in a list of all items associated with search.**


To search the specific product categories, you can one use of the following methods:

Alphabetical Listing Search
This option is for the Pharmaceuticals product category only.

  1. Click the Pharmaceuticals product category.
  2. Click Alphabetical Listing for a complete listing of pharmaceuticals.
Specific Product Category Search*
  1. Click any specific product category that you want to search.
  2. Enter the product name, description, item number, or NDC number in search field box.
  3. Click on an Item from the drop down list.
  4. Click Search.
View Category Search
  1. Click the Supplies or Equipment product category.
  2. A list of the product category’s subcategories will appear as a drop down list.
To search all products, use the "Search All Products" search box. Search All Products*
  1. Enter the item name, description, item number, or NDC number to search item(s).
  2. Click an item from the drop down list.
  3. Click Search.
How do I place an order?

There are various ways that you are able to place an order. Each requires that you first login to our website.

Order From History

    Click here to view our step by step guide.

  1. Once logged in, click Order From History on the My SAS drop down menu, located at the top right of any page.
  2. Enter Quantity for Item(s) and click Add to Cart.
  3. Once you are done shopping, click Add to Cart in the top right of the screen and Proceed to Checkout.
Quick Order
  1. Once logged in, click Quick Order on the My SAS drop down menu, located at the top right of any page.
  2. Enter Item Number, Quantity, and select a UOM for each item from drop down list and click Add to Cart. **Please note, you must add items to your cart before leaving this page as your list will not be saved**
  3. Once you are done shopping, click Add to Cart in the top right of the screen and Proceed to Checkout.
Order from "My List"
  1. Once logged in, click My List on the My SAS drop down menu, located at the top right of any page.
  2. Select your previously created My List and click Add to Cart.
  3. Once you are done shopping, click Add to Cart in the top right of the screen and Proceed to Checkout.
Order via any Website Search
  1. Once logged in, search for item(s) (see How do I Search for an Item above).
  2. Select UOM.
  3. Enter Qty.
  4. Click Add to Cart.
  5. Once you are done shopping, click on your cart in the top right of the screen and Proceed toCheckout.
Q: What can I do if I am experiencing problems on the website?

  1. Refresh your web browser by clicking F5 key.
  2. If web site problems persist; close and restart your web browser. ** Please note, click Save Cart and Logoff if you are placing an order. **
